IN-HOUSE EMPLOYMENT LAWYER

We are an established player in the Legal Expenses Insurance market, delivering an increasingly diverse range of legal services in the UK through our SRA licensed ABS.

As part of the continuing expansion of the range of services we offer, we are now seeking to recruit an employment lawyer to work in our Legal Services Department. The vacancy requires the provision of advice on a variety of issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissal, redundancy and the Equality Act 2010. The work consists primarily of the provision of advice, predominantly by telephone, to our small and medium sized business client base.

We are looking to recruit a one year fixed term position to provide cover for maternity leave. This position will be based in our Croydon office.

The successful applicant will be UK qualified barrister or solicitor who is a motivated team player with enthusiasm and intellectual ability.
