Residential Conveyancer

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment are working with a leading UK Conveyancing Provider in the recruitment of an experienced Conveyancer for their Manchester Office.
Although you will be working for a large conveyancing provider, you will have a small to meduim sized caseload of private clients and the focus of the work will be service delivery rather than volume completions. As well as this you will have your own Conveyancing Executive that will support you with your caseload.
Ideally for this role we are looking for an experienced Private Practice Conveyancer. You should have experience of building relationships with clients and establishing business relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Fee Earner, Solicitor, CLC or ILEX qualified professional to move into a rare opportunity where you can work for a large firm but still have a close relationship with clients.
Applications are invited from candidates with at least 3 years experience in a private practice conveyancing environment. Fee Earners should possess detailed and sound conveyancing knowledge and be confident when dealing with a mixed caseload which may include some complex and technical conveyancing files.
The role will be full time based in Manchester. Salary depending upon experience.
