Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor 1 yrs PQE+, Leeds

National Top 50 law firm with an exemplary reputation in healthcare regulatory and public law urgently requires an additional Solicitor to join their impressive team.

You will advise a range of public bodies including NHS Trusts on a broad array of health and social care work to include regulatory issues, Court of Protection proceedings and applications for Judicial Review, advocacy at Inquests, contentious public law hearings, clinical and corporate governance.

In order to be successful in your application and to benefit from this first class opportunity, you will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum 1 years experience in Health and Social Care law. Advocacy experience would be preferred but not essential.

Additional experience of coronial and/or mental health/capacity or public law would further strengthen your application.
