The successful residential conveyancing solicitor will take over an existing caseload comprising of freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, remortgages, new build purchases, drafting and completing lease extensions, deed of variations and covenants and equity releases. You will have worked for a leading regional or London based practice with a history of complex high net worth matters. This is a senior hire in a successful and highly regarded regional team.
