They now need a further residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive, with c.3 years'+ relevant case handling experience and a proven track record in dealing with higher value bespoke residential sales and purchases. It is essential that he/she has a good client manner and can deal efficiently and accurately with a busy caseload. Some experience of will drafting and estate administration would be a bonus, though this is not essential. The successful applicant will have the ability to generate new business amongst agents, brokers and other referrers and be able to demonstrate high standards of client care.
