Residential Property Lawyer

Our clients, a successful North Kent practice are seeking a residential property lawyer with c.3+ years’ relevant experience and a good understanding of general residential property and domestic conveyancing transactions.
As a result of consistent business growth they now need a further fee earner to join their conveyancing team. They are interested in seeing the CV’s of either solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a proven track record in managing a broad range of residential transactions. He /she will take on their own busy caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions, including, sales, purchases and remortgages. You will be expected to hit the ground running as this is a stand-alone position but still expected to maintaining the highest level of service to their clients.
