Job Details
A leading multi-office law firm are looking for a Business Development Executive to work in their south coast office.
You will be providing support and guidance to fee earners responsible for increasing business within the firm by securing and increasing more profitable work from existing referrers and targeted prospects. An understanding of the legal sector would be a preference.
This role`s KPIs will align with those of the Partners and fee earners tasked with developing the business and client retention and strategic and tactical plans must contribute towards the BD plans for each office. Using market intelligence and shared information the BDE (with fee earners) must ensure close monitoring, recording, tracking and feedback relating to market and client activity. The importance of ROI must be understood by all and performance will be measured and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, critical illness cover, health cash plan and death in service benefit.
