Property Paralegal

One of our South London Boroughs is currently seeking a Property Paralegal to cover a caseload of residential files with a focus on Right to Buy applications. The role is set to run until December 2014.

The successful candidate will be given a full caseload from the outset and it is essential that you have managed a right to buy caseload from initial instruction all the way through to completion. You will also need to be comfortable with lease extensions and renewals. This role would also be appropriate for conveyancers who are looking for a new role within Local Government.  Our client offers a supportive and friendly working environment and candidates from both the public and private sector are encouraged to apply.
