Residential Conveyancing.

My client, a highly regarded multi service and multi site private practice in Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a permanent position. Salary is negotiable however the firm will pay up to £30k.

You will join an experienced and established residential conveyancing team to manage your own conveyancing case load of matters across freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, plot sales, remortgages, transfer of equity, and shared ownership.

The successful residential conveyancing fee earner will have a minimum of 12 months recent conveyancing experience, have excellent client care and communication skills. Applications are being considered from Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers/Fee Earners.
