Girlguiding is recruiting a Property Lawyer, reporting to the Head of Finance and Business Support, to work within our Strategic Resourcing Directorate on a part time basis for 21 hours per week.

The Property Lawyer will be required to advise on and deal with all legal matters and related administration concerning the Girlguiding and Guide Association Trust Corporation property portfolio.  He or she will also be required to attend to the legal work arising from the property holdings within the Trust Corporation and the broader Girlguiding structure as well as advise and assist other staff in Girlguiding CHQ with legal issues relating to property holdings.

The post holder must be a fully qualified solicitor in English law with experience in property law practice as well as dealing with other legal professionals and members of the public.  He or she must also have excellent verbal and written communications skills along with the ability to multi-task and deal with many concurrent matters.

Due to the nature of the work, weekend working may be required, at sites outside of London, for which time off in lieu will be taken.
