Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer/ILEX/Conveyancing Executive) - Lancashire

We are seeking a mid-level residential conveyancer in light of an opportunity that has arisen within our client’s growing property department.
Our client, a very well respected firm in the Lancashire area, they pride themselves on offering clients a first rate service across all practice areas and continue to grow at a healthy rate.

Ideal Candidate Criteria:

• Residential Conveyancers; 5yrs+ experience
• Experience of running a range of residential conveyancing files; to include unregistered/registered/freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgaging, auctions and right-to-buys.
• Experience of running privately funded files, ideally pertaining to mix of mid to high value properties
• Capable of offering first-rate, bespoke service
