Assistant Solicitor, Asbestos, 2Yrs PQE, Personal Injury – Ref: AS/PI/HBDE 

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor with successful claimant experience in Asbestos and Related Disease (2 years PQE or equivalent experience in claimant asbestos disease).  S/he will be directly working with two Partners who are very accomplished and highly regarded by the Legal 500 in the area of industrial disease and asbestos claims.

The work involved is highly stimulating and very demanding. It will ideally suit a solicitor who has an in-depth understanding of the spectrum of law under Asbestos Related Diseases combined with a first rate technical ability within Industrial Disease. If you are passionate about delivering justice to people who have been suffering / lost loved because of asbestos exposure, this could be your perfect platform to join a growing organisation and a highly acclaimed team.

The role involves ability to independently manage a challenging and varied caseload to a consistently high level. This position will ideally suit a confident solicitor with a strong demonstrable experience in business development. This is a busy role and a high standard of performance is expected, with the ability to deal sensitively with clients. The successful applicant will have good IT, research, and problem solving skills and will be an effective communicator.

Start date:       ASAP; This is a permanent role
