Job Title:        Private Client Solicitor

 

Salary Band:  £40,000 - £60,000 Depending on Experience (Full Time OR Part Time - Flexible Hours Available )

 

Location:        Barnet, Hertfordshire

Specialising in Inheritance Tax & Estate Planning through Wills and Trusts, Probate & the Administration of Estates, Court of Protection & Older Client Affairs and related areas of law, Michael Anvoner & Company are an established, trusted and highly respected niche Solicitors practice based in Barnet and covering mainly Greater London, the northern Home Counties, and the inner M25 area.

As a result of continued growth and progression within the practice there is now an opportunity for a personable and experienced private client specialist to join the team and take a key role in delivery of client service, managing your own case load, and supporting your colleagues in a friendly, informal atmosphere.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience in Wills & Estates, IHT & CGT Planning, Trusts advice, Probate,COP and LPA matters is essential
  • A forward-thinking practitioner happy to adapt to modern practices while offering the highest levels of personal service to clients
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Experience of supporting / supervising a small team would be desireable but not essential
  • A minimum of 5 years full-time experience in this area of law preferred
  • Forward thinking and revenue focussed
  • STEP Membership would be an advantage
  • Working closely with the Principal to develop and promote the firm as a whole
