Agricultural Law Solicitor - Taunton
This is a Leading South West Law Firm looking for an NQ Agricultural Law Solicitor to help with a growing caseload. The award-winning firm offers a wide range of legal services and their agricultural team is renowned for its technical expertise and specialist advice to farmers, landowners and the business community.
The department provides advice and litigation services to farmers, landlords and tenants of agricultural land, and businesses in the agricultural sector. As an Agricultural Solicitor you will act for owners of landed estates on matters such as property issues, trusts, tax and succession planning. You will also deal with the sale and purchase of farms and other rural business. Other areas you will cover include agricultural disputes, environmental issues, access issues, entitlements and grants.Ideally you will have some expertise in Agricultural Law and Litigation.
