We at Sellick Partnership are currently assisting a local authority in the Bedfordshire area with the recruitment of a permanent member of staff into their legal services team. Our Client is seeking a Senior Commercial Contract Lawyer.
You will be joining a diverse and mid size commercial legal team, around 10-12 lawyers. The Senior Contract Lawyer will be providing legal advice and practice to the council in relation to contracts, commercial agreements and projects, PFI, partnership arrangements and business transformations.
You will be able to provide legal advice and practice to the council in relation to Contracts, commercial agreements and projects, PFI, partnership arrangements and business transformation.
The Senior Contract Lawyer will be responsible for;
*Representing the council in negotiations regarding contracts and commercial agreements
*Draft and advise on legal agreements and to develop contract
*Drive Projects forward, allowing efficient and effective results
