Job Details
Our Client, a well respected regional private practice firm are keen to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, who will play a key role in the development of the team.
Based in Manchester the firm's commercial property team offer a wealth of experience in all types of commercial property and service a range of clients including buyers, seller, investors and landlords and tenants. The team is renowned for providing excellent customer/ client care and have seen an increase work over recent months.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for managing their own caseload of commercial property matters from inception through to completion. You will be a technically strong Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally 3 PQE +. Alongside excellent communication skills you will be enthusiastic about business development, as this will be a key part of your role.
