Tinsdills are one of the largest and most experienced firms in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. Specialist departments provide a range of legal services for personal and business clients including: Agriculture, Commercial Property, Residential property, Personal Injury and Compensation, Company and Commercial, Wills Trusts and Probate and Family Law.

An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our busy and successful Personal Injury and Compensation team based at our main office in Hanley.

The successful candidates will work on a caseload of primarily fast track, litigated employers’ liability, public liability and occupiers’ liability, matters. 

You must be capable of managing your own caseload to conclusion and be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

Claims handling experience is essential as is the flexibility to work on a range of claim types.

You should have good IT skills and experience in the use of all Microsoft products. Experience in the usage of case management systems would also be an advantage.
