We are recruiting full time Residential Conveyancers to join our busy teams across Bournemouth and Poole.
The positions are suitable for Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers, ideally with over 3 years PQE. Paralegals with equivalent experience will also be considered. You will manage a full caseload of Residential Property transactional work from instruction to post-completion.
A meticulous approach and the ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines is required. The ideal candidate will have, or be able to develop, good local knowledge and the ability to build good working relationships with estate agents and other external professionals. Good IT skills and the ability to work within a team structure are also required.
