Surrey (Commutable from Molesey, Weybridge, Esher, Surbiton, Epsom, Leatherhead)

Salary dependent on experience, plus Bonus and Benefits

My client are a well established firm offering a variety of services to both individual and commercial clients. Their Property department forms a core part of the firm, and due to an increase in workload they are looking for an additional Residential Conveyancer to handle an existing caseload.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, as part of a team of fee earners. The work will include dealing with both freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity. The firm is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and has an excellent reputation in the area, with a strong flow of quality work.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, and the firm are willing to consider applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to more experienced fee earners, as long as you have previous experience in running your own caseload from start to finish, with minimal supervision. Applications from non qualified fee earners will also be considered providing this criteria is met.
