PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR
NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
We require a Personal Injury Solicitor to deal with mainly RTA personal injury
cases and some employment liability claims. Relevant experience is preferred but not an absolute requirement. Winn Solicitors Limited is committed to providing a quality service to all clients. Knowledge and Experience required:
• Admission to the Solicitors roll or equivalent
• Experience of disputed and litigated cases is preferred but not essential
• A high degree of organisational skills
Ideally applicants will have experience of handling a claimant personal injury
caseload, with 0-4 years Post Qualification Experience. Applicants with other
legal backgrounds, including Defendant PI work, will be considered. The ideal candidate should be hard working, a team player, enthusiastic and a confident litigator although full training will be provided.

• To ensure an effective, prompt and accurate service is provided to all clients
• Effectively and efficiently deal with your own case load
• To plan your workload in order to anticipate and balance priorities
• Maintain awareness of changes in legislation, practice and procedure
• To be responsible for your own continuous professional development
