An exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor has arisen with Thursfields Legal Limited a leading regional law firm at their offices in Worcestershire. This will be for an Associate to join the Family team at their offices.
The role:
- Our firm is an expanding and progressive law firm operational across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. We have ambitious plans for growth and a reputation for an innovative way of working.
- You will be responsible for quickly developing your caseload and advising on a wide range of matters including divorce, cohabitees, pre-nuptial agreements, private law children matters and civil partnerships.
- You will be joining a successful and professional team with a strong reputation across the Midlands, so you will need to have the confidence, professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong drive to succeed to enhance this strong presence.
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE, you must be used to dealing with high net worth clients and will be adept at solving difficult issues faced by clients with more limited funds.
- You will be capable of attracting new clients by virtue of your reputation and through your networking and professional activities.
- You may already have developed a specialist niche or be used to a more general family workload.
- Above all you will be innovative, proactive and have high professional and personal values.
