Senior Paralegal - Cardiff

We have an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal to join this great firms plot sales team within their commercial property department in Cardiff. The role will involve ensuring efficient processing and high levels of service delivery to all developer clients served by the team.



Duties will include:

• Dealing with a standard plot sales and a part-exchange caseload and assisting in the provision of additional legal services in relation to the set up of the development sites.
• Responsibility for drafting ancillary legal documents, including plot transfers leases, tenancy agreements, plot contracts, deeds of easement, deeds of rectification/variation.
• Ensuring accurate up to date management information is provided to clients in accordance with their requirements.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience of the residential purchasing process, ideally to include title checking.

The successful candidate will have excellent client care skills and will attend client meetings when required. In addition, the ideal candidate will need a high level of administrative and IT skills. Experience of a case management system would be a distinct advantage.

An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are also needed along with the ability to organise and prioritise work in order to meet demanding deadlines.
