COMMERCIAL 1+ PQE
We are looking to grow our team, which has an outstanding reputation advising on general commercial, UK/EU competition, regulation, projects, procurement, IP and TMT across a wide range of industry sectors, with particular strengths in energy, defence, food, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, sport and transport.
CORPORATE TAX 1+ & 3+ PQE
Our tier 1 tax team provides an expanding national and international client base with a full range of services, both contentious and non-contentious. Highlights during the past year have included major M&A, real property end user, investment transactions and employee related advisory work.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION 2+ PQE
Our Band 1 team has a formidable reputation across a wide range of specialist areas including transport, financial services, IP, sport & media, insolvency and professional negligence. Work often involves complex contractual disputes involving multiple parties and cross border issues.
ENERGY 3+ PQE
Our award-winning energy lawyers work at the cutting edge of the sector, providing expert legal advice throughout a project/plant life cycle. Within our energy and utilities team, we have developed a number of specialisms covering the full range of activities in the sector: nuclear, carbon capture & storage, oil & gas, power & electricity regulation, renewables and waste.
PLANNING & CPO 1+ PQE
Ranked top tier by both Chambers and Legal 500, our team works for both the public and private sector on a wide range of planning work, including significant infrastructure projects.
PRIVATE CLIENT – INTERNATIONAL TEAM 3+ PQE
Our international team are “undisputed market leaders for all aspects of non-contentious private client work” (Chambers), working for HNW & UHNW private clients with international interests and also acting as advisers to a number of leading private banks and trust companies.
PROJECT FINANCE 1+ PQE
