EAST ANGLIA - SENIOR SOLICITOR LEVEL ROLE** - An outstanding high level opportunity for a senior Solicitor or experienced Company Secretary to join a very well respected national law firm working closely with and supporting the directors.
This is a discreet appointment and a very important senior role within this leading national law firm and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. You should have a solid background in Corporate / Company Commercial law with experience of dealing with high level Regulatory and Compliance matters.
You will lead a small team, so some managerial experience would be of benefit. You will be supporting the directors and dealing with a wide range of matters including all issues relating to statutory, regulatory and listing requirements affecting this hugely successful national law firm.
** We would also encourage applications from non-Solicitor candidates who are experienced Company
