Permanent role - Full time
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor or Paralegal to join the Martin Group of Companies based in Derbyshire (M1 junction 28). The Group, established 1976, consists of nine trading companies operating within the construction and waste industries, has a consolidated turnover of £90million and over 750 employees.
The role is suited to a qualified solicitor. 0-4 years PQE will be considered as would an experienced legal executive or paralegal ideally with a broad range of experience including breaches of contract, debt collection, fiduciary duties and civil litigation and will be the prime contact for liaison with our established legal advisors. The role will be varied and will include investigation and pleadings.
