Job Details
Long established, highly reputable and regional firm with offices across South Wales
is looking to recruit a talented residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive for dedicated CQS Department.
The role will involve having responsibility for your own caseload from instruction to
post completion progressing the same using a case management system and must
be well versed in the following:
* Sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds inc. newbuild help to buy
* Transfer of equity
* Shared ownership and newbuild help to buy
