Plot Sales Paralegal

Our client is seeking an Plot Sales Paralegal. You will be working closely with the Partner & Team Leader to develop and grow a new plot team. You will be working under the Team Leader and will be picking up any plot sales work currently being done in their Leeds office.

The desirable candidate will have Residential Conveyancing experience and Plot Sale experience but my client will look at very junior candidates with LPC / Law Degree. Day to day you will be expected to carry out a number of tasks from file opening through to issuing of the sales pack and sending files for closure. You will be expected to carry out a number of other tasks such as chasing plot puchasers' solicitors, keeping records up to date in a timely manner. This is a role where you will gain valuable experience and be able to be part of a new growing team.
