Taylor & Emmet are seeking an ambitious senior Corporate Finance Solicitor to join their growing Corporate Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and ambitious individual to join a thriving firm and Corporate team that is widely recognised and commended throughout.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, with at least 5+ years PQE at senior level in a wide and classic range of Corporate work, gained at a respected firm and be ready for a major career upgrade and an outstanding future. The role will require the successful candidate to undertake a varied caseload of corporate finance matters including M&A, MBO, MBI and private equity deals. Candidates should have experience of dealing with asset sales and purchases; share reorganisations, redistributions and refinancing.  

With excellent technical skills gained within a mainstream corporate department the candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of achievement.  With great ambition, drive and self-motivation the candidate will understand our clients’ business, communicate with confidence and clarity and show strong team working skills. You must be driven, bright and ambitious but also keen to mentor some of the junior fee earners in the team. Excellent academics and a genuine passion for this area of law are essential.
