The Co-operative Legal Services family practice is looking for two experienced family lawyers to join our thriving team and manage a varied caseload of family matters; undertaking emergency court hearings, providing a professional and effective legal service to customers, and progressing existing cases to successful conclusions in order to meet targets and contribute to the Team’s milestones.

Complex case team finance specialist

This is a permanent role based with our established Family law team in our Central London, St Paul’s office. The key focus for this role will be managing a caseload of predominantly private financial family cases.

The successful candidate will have 7 years PQE with a family law background and an advanced Resolution accreditation in finance.

Senior caseworker

This 12 month fixed term role will be based in our Bristol head office. We are looking for solicitor/FCILEx candidates with at least 2 years PQE and SQM supervisory status. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of legal aid and private family matters.
