The Residential Property Department is looking for an enfranchisement lawyer.

You will be confident of handling your own caseload and committed to providing high quality client-focused service.

You will be bright and enthusiastic and should have a proven track record in business development, marketing and generating your own referrals.

Experience in the following areas is essential for this position:

• Lease extensions and collective enfranchisements under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993;

• Collective enfranchisement under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
• Right to Manage claims under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

Knowledge of claims under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 is preferable but not essential.
