Ours is one of the largest social housing providers in the UK. We’ve seen a year-on-year increase in legal cases dealt with and actions taken. We’ve sold our service on to external customers who’ve seen the huge benefit of our provision. Our success rate in legal actions undertaken is exceptional.

We’re now looking for an experienced lawyer to deliver legal and governance services, whilst fulfilling the complex role of Company Secretary. Providing legal advice and support to the Board, Executive Management Team, Directors and colleagues across the organisation you will be a transformational leader, bringing tangible improvements to the organisation.

A qualified solicitor with a background in housing, you will have either company commercial contract law or litigation experience, with a working knowledge of the other area. We are looking for an excellent performer with extensive experience of managing a high–achieving team who can demonstrate clear leadership qualities from the outset.
