Job Details

Marketing Administrator - oA Marketing Administrator is required to support a Marketing Director and Marketing Executive based in a Southampton firm. The successful Marketing Administrator will have previous experience of working in an office environment (ideally in professional services).
Particular emphasis for the Marketing Administrator is in the areas of coordinating day to day website content and digital marketing, coordinating data, databases and CRM, coordinating the production of literature and branded items and assisting with the organisation of events.
The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for inputting budget and other marketing data and will be confident with different data formats
Essentially, the Marketing Administrator will work methodically and have good prioritising skills. You need the ability to meet deadlines, to remain calm under pressure and to process a large quantity of work.
The Marketing Administrator role would suit someone with experience of working in marketing, probably in an administrator or coordinator role, looking for that next step. The job holder, in addition to providing vital administrative support, will be an integral member of a small team delivery marketing services throughout the firm. There will be opportunities for career progression. We will help broaden your experience over time so you will have the opportunity to become involved in other marketing projects.
You will be numerate, professional in your approach, a good communicator and able and willing to work as part of a team. Your priority will be to manage the marketing administration to a high standard, focusing on accuracy and keeping systems up to date. You will have an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
You will need to be flexible in working outside normal working hours as the business requires and in supporting the team. Normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with one hour for lunch.
Salary Dependent upon experience.
