SOLICITOR – CHILD CARE 2 posts
Permanent/full time • Salary: £30,240 - £42,366
Based at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester
You will be advising and representing the Children and Family service in care proceedings and other related court proceedings, providing a high quality service at all levels including, flexibility in taking on additional tasks.
You will join a busy team of experienced child care lawyers and must be willing to offer help and support to other team members and colleagues, including training where appropriate.
Essential requirements:
• Fully qualified solicitor or barrister or ILEX equivalent.
• Recent and substantial experience of childcare law and practice and related advocacy.
• Experience of using IT applications.
• Experience in the conduct of litigation.
