The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) is the professional and
representative association for Chartered Legal Executive lawyers, and other
legal practitioners and paralegals. It regulates all its members in the public
interest. CILEx provides education, training and the development of skills for its
members, and those who wish to become more proficient and knowledgeable in the law. Our members are partners in law fi rms and advocates and may apply for judicial appointment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with proven experience of
managing a membership services division to oversee key business functions
including member services, regulatory affairs and qualifications. The main focus will be to implement the business plan and strategy through the efficient and effective delivery of all existing and new products and services, professional
schemes and qualifications to maintain and grow our membership.

The successful applicant will have proven experience of working at a similar
level, across a similar breadth, in a membership association or chartered/
professional body and have excellent people management skills to lead a
diverse function. A legal qualification and knowledge of the legal sector would
be a distinct advantage.
