In House Solicitor – Essex Remuneration - £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Gateway is a large property Group owning an extensive portfolio and providing integrated property solutions to the residential, commercial and insurance sectors.
The successful candidate will have excellent understanding of commercial and corporate work. They will assist in the drafting, negotiating and review of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Servicing Agreements, novations and extensions, engagement letters, letters of intent and general commercial contracts.
The role also entails litigation matters including possession and forfeiture of leases as well as lease extension, enfranchisement and Right to Manage.
