Contested Wills & Probate Lawyers Ltd: London

Looking to move away from General Litigation/Family Law?

Full and Part Time Opportunities in Estate Litigation available

Looking for the opportunity to work from home?  Contested Wills & Probate Lawyers can offer you the flexibility of working as a Consultant Solicitor in the growing area of Estate Litigation.

The position could be tailored to full-time or part-time to suit the right applicant.

We have found many lawyers find the transition to Estate Litigation to be professionally satisfying while still giving them the same client contact that they enjoyed in their previous work.

CWPL is a boutique legal firm focussed on Estate Litigation, especially Family Provision Claims under the Inheritance Act 1975.

We are looking for a Solicitor who is a self-starter, able to work alone and also able to manage their own files.

You will need to be admitted in England & Wales and be team focused whilst having attention to detail.  The position would suit a solicitor who has been admitted in Australia but is now living in the UK.

Litigation experience, developed writing skills and knowledge of European Succession law and/or continental language skills would be an advantage.

CWPL will provide use of our document precedent and file management systems, with initial guidance and training in Estate Litigation.

The position would suit practitioners wanting to work from a home base.

Please send CV to veronicag@willsinfo.com

Salary: Salary to suit Applicant.

Years of Experience:        2-4
