Job Details
Residential Conveyancer - A reputable Leicestershire based firm is seeking a residential conveyancer to join them on an ongoing temporary basis whilst it looks to recruit permanently. The firm is small and friendly and offers secretarial support for every fee earner. The firm doesn't use a case management system, so is perfect for those who have had limited interaction with case management systems. The role offers excellent prospects for permanency and the firm is looking to pay £20 - £25 per hour.
The Role
- Predominantly residential conveyancing matters with some family matters
- Variety of residential conveyancing matters, but principally dealing with sale and purchase
- Secretarial support
- No case management system
The Candidate
- Experienced in residential conveyancing matters
- Some experience handling family work
- Open to a range of experience levels, as long as the candidate can handle their own caseload
