Risk & Compliance Officer

Risk & Compliance Officer - A highly rated Surrey law firm is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to assist in ensuring that the firm has appropriate risk and compliance policies and processes in place to meet the requirements of the SRA Code of Conduct and to assist in the investigation of client complaints.  The Risk and Compliance Officer will be supporting the work of the MLRO as well as liaising with the COLP, COFA  / COO, Heads of Department, departmental risk management representatives, business services heads and the Head of L&D.

The successful Risk and Compliance Officer will be a qualified solicitor or CILEX with previous experience of working in a major law firm in a risk and compliance role.

The post is expected to require a time commitment of 3 or 4 days per week.  There may be some flexibility over the arrangement of hours.
