An expanding and ambitious firm in Leeds are seeking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their busy, professional team on a full time permanent basis.
This globally recognised firm provides a highly tailored service for a diverse range of clients. The firm boasts a high end property division as well as being able to cater to the everyday needs of their clients. There is a strong focus on client satisfaction that is a driving factor for this international firm. Across their multiple offices the firm can provide a genuine and well-supported career path as well as give the successful candidate the opportunity to make a positive and definite contribution within the company.
The successful candidate will be required to assist a team of six solicitors on a variety of commercial property matters and will be engaged in actively advising banks on lending. The ideal candidate for this role must have least 6 months of relevant Paralegal experience, be well-organised, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work confidently, efficiently and as part of a highly regarded team.
