Job Details
Our central Cardiff client are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal or Legal Executive. You will ideally have at least 18 months' experience of handling your own Conveyancing caseload. The more experience you have here the better, I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply as there is a potential opening for a Senior Conveyancer role. You will deal with a varied and interesting caseload of; Sales and Purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience plus an excellent bonus structure based on your billings with top billers significantly increasing their salary.
