Position - Residential Conveyancer
Solicitor/ CLC/ Licensed Conveyancer/ Legal Executive/ Property Lawyer/ Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
A Legal Top 200 Law firm located in the Cambridgeshire region are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their highly reputable, well established Property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to take the next step in their career and work within one of the best Solicitors practices in the country, they are also offering a highly competitive salary with additional bonuses. The successful applicant will have at least 18 months experience handling their own Residential Conveyancing caseload from inception through to completion, whilst also having experience dealing with all types of Residential Conveyancing.
Skills and Responsibilities;
- Must have a minimum of 18 months experience handling a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files
- Experience handling files from inception through to completion
- Experience dealing with all types of Residential Conveyancing, especially freehold/leasehold, sales/purchases
- Experience working towards and achieving targets
- Excellent Client care skills
- Supervision experience is preferable, but not essential
- Must have experience dealing with part exchange matters
