Legal 500 firm in Brighton looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner!

Brand new role with a legal 500 firm in the Sussex area. This multi-sited firm are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join an existing department within their Brighton office. This firm has an excellent reputation as well as having excellent career progression and benefits.

This role will be working within an existing conveyancing department with a well established client base. Successful candidates will be working on residential conveyancing case files from initial instruction through to post completion. Candidates will be working across a wide variety of properties at different financial levels across the country.

Candidates are required to have been working within a fee earning position for the last 2 years specifically within residential conveyancing. This role requires a candidate with good organisational skills, to have a focus on the end client and providing excellent customer service as well as being aware of the firms reputation, candidates who are not qualified are considered but will require a good track record working as a paralegal and will be required to have proof of billings over £90,000pa.
