Conveyancers & Conveyancing Paralegal

Our busy and dynamic Real Estate Department is looking for 3 conveyancers and a  conveyancing paralegal  to join our well- regarded team:

Battersea Offices – 2 solicitor positions and 1 paralegal

We are looking for a specialist in leasehold enfranchisement. The candidate should have 5 + pqe and a proven track record in this field. 

The other candidate is required to take over and develop a busy residential conveyancing caseload and must have 4 + pqe.

Both candidates must be confident and capable of handling their own caseload and have a commitment to providing a high quality client focussed service. An interest in business development would be an advantage.

The paralegal position would be suitable for a law graduate awaiting a training contract or seeking pupillage. The work would involve supporting our head of department in dealing with a busy case load and in performing post completion registrations. Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential. We will provide training in what is a busy and valuable role and you will be part of a larger trainee/paralegal group. 

Dorking Surrey

This is a new branch office above an estate agents in the heart of Dorking. You should have at least 5 years PQE and be able to work with minimal supervision. You will have an interest and enthusiasm in business development.
