We are currently in the process of establishing our fourth in-house legal department, based at our Wessex office in Malmesbury, which will provide full legal support to three of our operating businesses in the region. As Senior Residential Housing Property Solicitor, you will head up the legal department, with an initial brief to recruit your team around you, and manage and supervise the conveyancing staff who deal with the site development, plot sales and part-exchanges. Once they are up and running, as Senior Residential Housing Property Solicitor your key responsibilities will be site acquisition development and disposal of land. A good working knowledge of planning law and option agreements will be an advantage.

As  Senior Residential Housing Property Solicitor will need extensive PQE experience and a track record in residential housing development and experience of managing conveyancing staff. You will be familiar with the full spectrum of residential development property transactions, you’re strong on melding a team together and highly client-focused. With excellent all-round communication skills, as Senior Residential Housing Property Solicitor you can also offer:
