Owing to the expanding growth in this area the highly regarded Real Estate Department at Hanne & Co is looking for a leasehold enfranchisement specialist to join our busy and dynamic team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the well regarded team at Hanne & Co. We enjoy a good volume of middle to high end work and have a strong reputation across the broad range of residential property work. We are members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in handling your own caseload and have a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.

An interest in and aptitude for business development is essential
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in advising landlords, tenants and management companies on all areas on enfranchisement, including lease extensions and freehold purchases.
