We are a national law firm specialising in RTA, PI and Clinical Negligence claims and are expanding within Professional Negligence and Industrial Disease areas based on our excellent reputation and proven track record of success. We currently have vacancies for the following positions within our growing Industrial Disease department.
Solicitor – Up to £40,000 DOE
Paralegal – £19,000 DOE
Working in a team lead by the Director of Industrial Disease, Tracey Graham, you will play a vital role in supporting an expanding Industrial Disease department. You will be responsible for working on a variety of cases including Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Asbestos, Mesothelioma and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome.
For the paralegal position the successful candidate will have experience in taking instructions from clients, drafting witness statements and reviewing medical records and reports. You will be looking to progress within the legal sector and may already have an LPC or be studying for this or CILEx.
