Private Client work is a core part of our business. We are able to provide a holistic offering of wealth management services in conjunction with Tees Financial. Our Private Client teams are ranked in Tiers 1 and 2 of Legal 500 and we were shortlisted for the Law Society 2015 National Award for excellence in Private Client Practice. We aspire to consistently deliver a quality, friendly and accessible service tailored to the individual. The success of our department is such that we have an ever-increasing demand for the services we provide.  We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join this busy and growing department and its teams.

You will be used to dealing with a busy and growing caseload of private clients in areas including:
• Wills
• Estate Planning and Administration
• Trusts and Capital Taxation
• Powers of Attorney / Court of Protection matters
Caseloads are varied and can be very complex. The majority of our solicitors are members of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners) 

We are looking for someone with experience and confidence of managing a full and varied caseload and being able to hit the ground running on day one! The successful candidate does not need to have a following. 

You will need to be a team player who thrives in an environment that focuses on the team and the firm’s goals. You will also have a passion for delivering a high standard of service and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

A genuine desire for business development and marketing is essential. You will have opportunities to contribute to the department and firm’s general business development initiatives and be involved in marketing events, networking and seminars.

Ideally you will have at least 4-5 years PQE.  Agricultural experience is also desirable.
