RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING FEE EARNER

Due to the expansion of our Residential Conveyancing Department we are seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer (preferably Ilex/Licensed Conveyancer or relevant experience) to manage a mixed caseload of Sales, Purchases and Re-mortgages. Applicants should have experience of conducting casework from initial instructions through to post completion. It is essential however that applicants can demonstrate excellent levels of client care and service delivery and have good IT experience gained through case management systems. You will also be keen to network to generate new work.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant experience and/or qualifications and should have at least 3 years’ experience.
