RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – TEAM LEADER – SOUTH EAST HERTS
We are a busy, friendly high street practice and we are urgently seeking a Residential Conveyancer /Team Leader, someone who can oversee the office and manage a small team, as well as carrying out some conveyancing.
With a support team in place along with a Licensed Conveyancer, this role would ideally suit someone who has great leadership and people management skills.
If you are looking for a "hybrid" role, where you can apply your skills and expertise and have a say in how the office is run, then we would love to hear from you.
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Holidays : 25 days, and your birthday too !
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 pa depending on experience + bonus scheme and private health cover + share option scheme.
Skills & Experience: A minimum of at least 3 yrs pqe, either a Residential Conveyance Solicitor , Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive- Residential Conveyancing experience, sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold properties and Office Manager/Leadership skills and management skills.
