Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, South Wales - Highly reputable law firm in need of an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to head up the team in South Wales and manage a varied caseload of Corporate & Commercial matters.

JOB TITLE:                 Head of Corporate & Commercial
PQE REQUIRED:        5 – 20 years PQE
LOCATION:                 Newport , South Wales
SALARY:                    £60,000 +

THE ROLE:
A leading regional niche firm, RDP Law Limited (“RDP”) in South Wales is in need of a well-rounded Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of commercial and corporate matters. The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will be working on a high quality caseload of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, MBO's & MBI's and other general corporate and commercial matters. This position would suit an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Solicitor who is looking for genuine prospects for career development and the chance to take on the day to day management of a small team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Corporate & Commercial Solicitors applying to this role must possess a strong academic background and have a wide grounding in corporate and commercial law. In order to be considered for the role the ideal Corporate & Commercial Solicitor must have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification experience within a leading regional practice. The ideal Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise advising high net worth clients on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, MBIs, MBO's and terms and conditions.
